What a beautiful day it was at the Millennium Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. The day started with our beautiful bride Alison feeling a little under-the-weather, but she was a total trooper. Nothing would spoil this beautiful day for her or her groom Tyler. Not even a monsoon that blasted through the cocktail hour with a micro-burst of wind that turned tables and umbrellas unside-down! This couple is so special and totally meant for each other. You could just feel the love between the two of them during the vows. And you could see in their parents’ eyes how proud and happy they were. The beautiful flowers were provided by Ever After Florals. Stunning! And what a blast to be working with Andre the DJ! He is so much fun! Congratulations Alison and Tyler!

One Fine Day Photography’s Anne McCarthy and Gina Mangiamele boarded a plane for Florida over Labor Day weekend for barefoot beach wedding at the Marriot in Marco Island Florida. It was gorgeous. And so were the bride and groom, Colette and Justin. Their friends and family gathered on the sand – only yards from the surf to witness the happy couple take their vows. Their teal and lime green colors were amazing against the almost pure white sand. The flowers, the food, the friends and the party were all amazing. Except for a little humidity, everything was perfect. Congratulations Justin and Colette!!

The team here at One Fine Day Photography always love photographing weddings at the always beautiful Villa Siena in Gilbert, Arizona. The grounds are absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful backdrop for Amanda and Matt’s wedding. Amanda was just shining with exuberance and joy on her wedding day. So beautiful!! And Matt had a quiet confidence – such a gentle soul. We loved all the vibrant hot pink accents they incorporated into their wedding, including some beautiful parasols for the girls. The flowers were amazing – provided by Blume Events. And amazing food by Bon Cuisine. And it is always a blast working with DJ Jimmy Davenport of Citron sound. He kept that party going well into the evening. Congratulations Matt and Amanda!!

It was such a pleasure meeting David and Valentina almost a year ago. They were carefully trying to plan a wedding date around David’s deployment. The date changed several times before it was finally settled in early September to be held at Gilbert’s beautiful Villa Siena. The big day arrived and Valentina was stunning. Her make up was done by one of my favorite make-up artists Amber Lee. And the flowers by Flowers by Jodi. David in his Marine blue’s looked awesome. Who doesn’t love a man in uniform! The ceremony was finished off with a special honor by Marine swordsmen. I always love that. It was such a joy working along-side Princess Bride Videography’s Sarah. Congratulations David and Valentina!!

It is not often that we get down to Tucson for weddings. Especially in the summer months. One Fine Day wedding photographers Anne McCarthy and Doug Williams headed down on a hot August day, not really knowing much about our venue. What a surprise it was to find this little gem of a wedding garden at the Raddison. Covered in twinkle lights it seemed that our happy bride and groom, Patty and Ricky barely noticed the heat. They were far too happy for that. We were lucky enough to photograph Patty’s sister’s wedding 5 years ago. We love it when people remember us! The day was topped off by a beautiful rainbow – stunning. Congratulations Patty & Ricky!
