Molly & Matt’s beautiful Villa Siena wedding!

Molly and Matthew’s vows took place in front of a roaring fireplace at the always stunning Villa Siena in Gilbert, Arizona. I was so tickled to have the amazing Kristen McKnight as my second shooter that day. What a talented photographer. Molly was gorgeous in her amazing mermaid style dress, and her Groom looked great. A very special guest was their darling son, who loved getting cuddles from family and friends all day! We loved the M&M party favors which had a tiny portrait of Molly and Matthew imprinted on them. How fun (and tasty) was that!?

A beautiful Castle wedding!

Candy and Matt’s wedding was held at the beautiful Castle at Ashley Manor in Chandler, Arizona. Candy looked stunning, and Matt was beaming all day long. Among their own family and friends it seemed like everyone had a camera – Matt and Candy had tons of paparazzi around them! Congratulations Candy and Matt!

Desert Botanical Gardens – beautiful wedding backdrop!

One Fine Day Photography’s Doug Williams and Gina Mangiamele had a great time photographing Sonia and Dale’s wedding at Arizona’s beautiful Desert Botanical Gardens. As usual, the place was lush with gorgeous winter perennials, cactus, palms – and on that particular day, a stunning sunset. As bike enthusiasts, the were insistant on riding off into the sunset at the end of the ceremony on a bicycle built for two. What a great team they were. Sonia’s make up was beautiful thanks to Amber Lee Makeup. And all the wedding details were beautifully orchestrated thanks to Your Heart’s Desire Wedding Planners. Congratulations Sonia and Dale!

Another beautiful Sanctuary wedding!

What a great month November was, spending two consecutive weekends photographing weddings at the beautiful Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley Arizona. One Fine Day Photography’s wedding photographer’s Anne McCarthy and Jim Baker arrived on a gorgeous day ready to spend the day with the beautiful Rosa and her fabulous groom Kevin. And let’s not forget the adorable Joey, Rosa’s son. He was front and center with a big smile on his face as him mom shared her vows. What a great kid! The sunset glowed brilliantly that night and the party (thanks to Mancini Entertainment’s Matt Mancini) was hoping! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the Sanctuary’s Lauren Wickham. Congratulations Kevin and Rosa!

Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort is always so stunning. Wedding photography at that location never gets boring. Especially when the bride and groom are so much fun and photogenic. We started out the day at one of Sanctuary’s private homes called the Gallery. So gorgeous. Speaking of gorgeous, the flowers were provides by Wolz Florists. After a beautiful ceremony looking over a beautiful mountain backdrop, we headed up Camelback Mountain for some sunset photos, and then off to a lovely reception where music raged all night thanks to Jonathan Schaupp of Complete Music. Congratulations Jackie and Rob!

Kathryn and Paul’s Brophy/Arizona Grand wedding

Can I just say what a stunning couple this was?! I had met Kathryn and Paul almost a year ago and found them to be so relaxed, loving and simply awesome. Many thanks to wedding planner Patty King for introducing me to Kathryn and Paul. She does such an amazing job planning weddings. The festivities for the One Fine Day Photography team actually started the night before at the Phoenix Country Club where I got a chance to get to know the family members at the rehearsal dinner. Everyone was so nice! The next morning we started bright and early at Brophy Chapel – one of Phoenix’s most beautiful churches. Then off to the gorgeous Arizona Grand for an amazing party/reception. It was also such a pleasure getting to work with Arizona Grand’s Dawn Candera. The place looked beautiful! Congratulations Kathryn and Paul!

Jennifer and Gerry’s Wedding day!

Photographing weddings at Villa Siena in Gilbert, AZ is always such a treat. And this one was a weekday wedding. The day started out at Rolfs Hair Salon in Scottsdale where Jennifer (Lopez) – (yep, her friends call her JLo) was getting the royal treatment. And she looked stunning! Especially after she put on her one-of-a-kind gown from Pricilla of Boston. Friends couldn’t put down their cameras when they were around this great couple. It was clear that the groom, Gerry has madly in love. So special! Gorgeous flowers were provided by Flowers by Jodi and the party has hopping all night long thanks to the great folks at Ray the DJ. Congratulations JLo and Gerry!

Stephanie & Alex – a beautiful day at Villa Siena

The bride and groom’s big day started out with the most beautiful weather – and a beautiful venue! Villa Siena in Gilbert, AZ. Stephanie looked beautiful in her amazing dress and Alex wore a matching cream colored suit. The vows were very heartfelt – you could tell this couple were soulmates. The reception had some guest entertainers that included two Venetian queens and a juggling joker on stilts. They came into the ballroom in a Mardi Gras-type parade, throwing beads and performing lots of fun tricks like juggling and plate balancing. All the guests were given the most beautiful Mardi-Gras masks to wear as the party went on. The night was truly unforgettable! Congratulations Alex and Stephanie!

Meggie & Dom’s Marriot Desert Ridge wedding

One of Scottsdale’s most beautiful properties is the Marriot Desert Ridge Resort. And what a gorgeous backdrop for Meggie and Dom’s fall wedding. The ceremony site – called the Aisle of Capri – was adorned with some of the most beautiful flowers provided by the Wendell Design Group. Stunning! And speaking of stunning, Meggie’s dress was incredible! She glowed as she walked down the aisle towards her happy groom.
The party was great thanks to Ray the DJ – spinning some awesome tunes! And was a dancer Dom was!
And, as usual, working with the great people at Serendipity is always a joy! Congratulations Meggie and Dom!

Catherine & Andrew’s Dallas wedding

What a blast it was getting out of town for a weekend to photograph the wedding of Catherine and Andrew. Such an amazing and fun-loving couple. The wedding started out at the beautiful St. Lawrence Episcopal Church, and moved on to the Colleyville Center in Colleyville, Texas for the highest-energy reception I think I’ve ever been to!! I don’t think anyone sat down all night long!! Congratulations Catherine and Andrew!
